Pistachios Showreel. A short concoction of recent work. Music: "Folk Rock" (Bibio remix) by Wax Stag.
The Case of the Three Sided Dream, 2014. Animations for a documentary about legendary jazz musician Rahsaan Roland Kirk, directed by Adam Kahan. The animations illustrate audio recordings from live sets, quotes and private musings. Since Kirk was blind, the imagery focuses heavily on archetypal themes such as prenatal memories, transcendence, the cosmos, as well as jazz-age typography and aesthetics. Everything that is cool basically. Premiered at SXSW 2014. It was awarded Best Documentary at the Pan African Film Festival 2015. Produced by Blacklist.
The Social Currency, 2011. Two shapeshifting spots for the Social Currency campaign from American Express. The illustrations were done by Adrian Johnson. Agency: Ogilvy New York. Produced by Blacklist.
Heart Truth, 2011. Two spots for Diet Coke's Heart Truth campaign, featuring illustrations by the awesome Tom Gauld. They aired at the 2011 Academy Awards! Agency: Wieden & Kennedy Portland. Produced by Blacklist.
Fantastic Music Videos, 2010. Title graphics for a music video show on MTV, telling the story of two circuit boards' adventures in a Magritte-like Eden. Sound by Kungen & Hertigen.
Kakenya, 2010. A short film telling the story of Kakenya Ntayia, who negotiated herself out of an arranged marriage, and was the first girl from her village to study abroad. She later returned to the village to build a girl's school. This film won the grand prize at the View Change Online Film Contest. Danny Glover was on the jury! The prize money was donated to Kakenya's school. The project was a collaboration with Aaron Kisner for Vital Voices. Produced by Blacklist.

Matching Match!, 2010. Brand new urgent-time face recognition match style instant imitation for iPhone. Be quick or you'll make Skippy impatient! Comes with regular mode and 3D mode, for viewing with red/cyan glasses.
CO2NSEQUENCE, 2010. A film commissioned by the Climate Coalition, illustrating a speech by Barack Obama. The film was based on a print campaign raising awareness about the consequences of CO2 emissions. Music by Antfood. Produced by Blacklist.
MTV Weekend Television, 2010. An unusually 3D heavy graphics package for MTV's weekend evening show. No title sequence, just a huge set of bumpers. Music by Kungen och Hertigen. Concieved by Andreas Sjövall.
Mint, 2009. An improvised animation, commissioned by Motionographer for the RE:PLAY section of their F5 motion graphics festival. The theme was 'Rejuvenation'. Produced by Blacklist.
Hero Dollar, 2008. A campaign raising money for the families of US soldiers, who in a sense are also victims of Bush's wars. This spot won the Certificate of Excellence at the Type Director's Club 2008. Animated for Sears and Y&R Chicago. Produced by Blacklist.
Fire Demon, 2008. A TV spot for Tostitos chips and dip sauces. One of a series of spots on the 'Made For Each Other' theme, commissioned by Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. Music by Leon Jean-Marie. Logo animation provided by agency. Produced by Blacklist.
Hope, 2008. A contribution to Barack Obama's presidential campaign. He won! The project was a collaboration with Jesse Dylan and Douglas Coupland. Produced by Blacklist. Music by Soundreid. Words by Douglas Coupland.
FuseTV - Balloon, 2008. A 30 second spot for music network FuseTV, telling a story on the Music Is A Balloon motto. Illustrated by Tomas Nilsson. Music by Rogue Wave. Produced by Blacklist.
Phaser + Chorus, 2007. Two parallel title graphics packages for MTV Nordic. The theme was duality, represented by underground/overground and virtue/hedonism, respectively. Music by Kungen & Hertigen.
Curare, 2007. A music video for Bogdan Irkük a.k.a. BULGARI. A weathered dandy learns about nerve poison the hard way. Illustrations by Tomas Nilsson. Character modelling and rigging by Jonas Thörnqvist. Label: Rollerboys Recordings.
GE-996, 2006. A journey through the Kosmos, witnessing the implosion of the universe and the birth of a god. Film and music by Pistachios.
MTV Channel Look '05, 2005. A complete rehaul of the channel identity graphics preceding the split into four Nordic MTV's. The package included ID's, bumpers, typography, name/title tags, animated bugs, overlay elements, subliminal messages and more. A collaboration with animation studio Alphaville. Sound by Hector Ljud.
Supermercado, 2004. Title graphics for an afternoon show on MTV, covering movies, games and fashion on different days of the week.
This Is Our Music, 2004. Title graphics for an interview show that aired on Sveriges Television and MTV, focusing on independent artists and labels. Music by Maher Shalal Hash Baz, Geographic Records.
Warm Night, 2003. Music video for the Concretes. A collaboration with Lisa Milberg and Liselotte Watkins. Illustrations by Liselotte Watkins and Marika Åkerblom.
Main Offender, 2001. A music video for The Hives. There are some new cats in town and they're looking for treble! This video won a Swedish Grammy for Best Music Video. A collaboration with Kalle Haglund, produced by StyleWar.
